HI-PRO WATER PROOFING SMART SEAL-17 is two compound water proofing Chemical used for High performance Application in Water Proofing and Repairs. It is used for repair of spelled concrete such as floor collums, Beams, chhajjas, slabs and water proofing of Toilets and Bathrooms Terrace. It Bonds Strongly to old and new concrete and Plaster.
As a bond coat – Plaster to Plaster, Concrete to Concrete, Plaster to Concrete, Plastring and Bricks. Bonding Coat and Mortar for tiles and Panels.
Clean the surface with wire brush or scruber to remove the Heden dirt and loose particle laitance.
Repair the concrete spelled porson by saw cutting the extrene aedgis of the repair location to a depth atleast 10 minutes.
Clean the concrete surface to remove any contamination where breaking it not posible.
Roughen the surface by light scabbling by wire brush or sand paper.
Brush apply the 1 st coat.
Apply 2nd Coat after 1st coat is dry approximately for 4 to 6 hours between two coats.
Over lay the 2nd coat within screed \ plaster for protection and finish.
Apply 3rd coat only for to smooth surface clean and smooth surface purpose.
